All about Shipping

Do you want to know when your order will be delivered and what the shipping costs are? Then look at the questions below. If your question is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can continue to order and our warehouse and DHL will ensure that your order is delivered quickly and neatly at home. We continuously observe all precautions. This means that the guidelines of the government and the RIVM are strictly observed. In this way we ensure as little human contact as possible and we keep a distance during delivery. We hope that this will serve you as much as possible.

For the Netherlands

Any order before 11 p.m. will be shipped the same day. If you place your order on the weekend before 6 p.m. on Sunday, your package will be delivered on Monday. All orders, both letter post and parcel post, are delivered via DHL.

For Belgium

Every order before 8.30 pm on working days will be sent the same day via Bpost. For orders placed during the weekend, the standard delivery day is Tuesday.

Note: at ZusenZomer you can also choose from other delivery times!!

The delivery time outside the Netherlands is 1 to 7 days, depending on the country. All orders are delivered from our central warehouse in the Netherlands.

ZusenZomer charges a small contribution of € 3.95 for the delivery of the ordered items in the Netherlands and Belgium. Free shipping for orders (within the Netherlands and Belgium) from €50.

During the ordering process you can easily indicate whether you want the package delivered to your home or to another delivery address, such as your office address.

As soon as the package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email containing the shipping confirmation with a link to the Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the package yourself. If you are not at home, DHL will offer your package again the next working day or on Saturday. If your package cannot be delivered for the second time, you will receive a notification from DHL, stating where you can pick up the package. This way you don't have to stay at home especially for your package and you can still receive it quickly!

* Letter post applies to certain light hammam towels. This depends on the type/size and usually a maximum of 1 hammam towel (stated with the product). We always ship with track and trace.

With every shipment you will receive a track & trace code in the shipping confirmation. With this track&trace code  you can track the shipment. This code is active the morning after sending. You will be kept informed of the delivery via several emails from our warehouse (GoParcel). Occasionally, DHL does not deliver the next day. You can report this or inquire via the contact details in the emails from GoParcel.

These are the countries we deliver to and the corresponding delivery options:

Netherlands

Delivery from Monday to Saturday (09:00-17:30)

Evening delivery Monday to Friday (5:30 PM - 9:30 PM)

DHL point : choose the point nearby and you can pick it up when it suits you.

Belgium

Standard delivery via Bpost from Monday to Friday between 09.00-18.00. Delivery on Saturday is also possible (extra charge). Delivery to a Bpost collection point is also possible!

Other countries

Via DHL. Throughout Europe. If your country is not listed, let us know!

Very annoying! Unfortunately, this sometimes happens. Contact us immediately and we will make sure that an investigation is started. If this takes too long or the package is lost, we will resend the package!!!

Unfortunately that is not possible. The delivery procedures at DHL are tightly organised. You can of course leave a note for the delivery person, but we cannot guarantee that it will work. You can indicate with the order when you want to receive it or where you want to pick it up. That already helps enormously!
