Satisfaction with our products and our service is our top priority. We therefore do everything we can to provide an optimal service. Both by offering as much help as possible, as well as by a fast and clear delivery process. If you can't choose between all that beauty or if you have specific questions about the products, you can always contact us and we will help you further.

Order before 11 pm = ship the same day within the Netherlands. In general, it is then at home the next day. This also applies to orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (until 6 p.m.). These orders are shipped on Sunday evening and delivered on Monday. DHL (parcel post) also delivers packages on Mondays.

For orders outside the Netherlands, depending on the country, the delivery time is a few working days after receipt of payment.

Returns are free within the reflection period of 14 days. You can try on and view an item as you would in a real store. Make sure an article stays really new.

All you have to do is register the return via info@zusenzomer.nl, fill in the return ticket (which you will receive with your package), pack the returns well and stick the return address label on it (also received with your package) and hand in the package at a DHL Parcelshop. There is always one nearby.


Have you paid us shipping costs for your order, and are you returning the entire order? Then you will also receive these shipping costs back from us. Refunds will be made via the same payment method as you used to pay for your order.

Processing a returned item takes an average of one week. The legal term is 14 days. You will be kept informed by us about the processing of your return.
